Product Description
These Hinged Expansion Bellows are designed to absorb the full pressure thrust of the expansion joint. The construction of the hinged bellows consists of two hinges connected by a common hinge pin. In addition, they can be designed to support the dead weight of the piping and equipment, wind loads and similar external loads. These Hinged Expansion Bellows are prevented by their design from deflecting axially, either in extension or compression. Their hinge mechanisms are usually designed to accept the full pressure thrust.
